Netflix Drops New ‘KPop Demon Hunters Bonus Content’ Collection
Picture Credit: Netflix Remember that leaked KPop Demon Hunters Bonus Content tile that surfaced late last year? It’s finally officially on Netflix, although it’s a little light on actual content. That’s right, more KPop Demon Hunters content is now streaming with Netflix, surprising dropping the KPop: Demon Hunters Bonus Content collection—a title that eagle-eyed fans (and we here at What’s on Netflix) spotted briefly late last year before it was mysteriously yanked from the service. Back in late 2025, a listing for a “Bonus Collection” related to the hit Sony Pictures Animation film appeared for a few hours. It had no thumbnail, no trailer, and vanished just as quickly as it arrived, leading many to believe it was a technical error or a premature upload. Today, March 6, 2026, Netflix has finally made it official, giving fans of the HUNTR/X girls a little something to tide them over during the long wait for the sequel that should go some way to filling in the void, given a sequel is likely at least 3-5 years away.  What’s in the Collection? The collection is a “for the fans, by the fans” celebration of the movie that has become Netflix’s biggest animated hit to date. Clocking in at just under 10 minutes total, the collection is broken down into four bite-sized featurettes: 1. Golden Across the Globe (1m 59s) This segment focuses on the movie’s breakout chart-topper, “Golden.” It’s a montage of the best fan-made musical covers from around the world, proving just how much of a global smash the fictional group’s discography has become. 2. Family Is Golden (2m 16s) One of the reasons the film resonated so well was its “co-viewing” appeal. This clip rounds up viral at-home sing-alongs, dance-offs, and epic group costumes from families who have embraced the Demon Hunter aesthetic. 3. Talent Reacts to Fan Videos (2m 51s) This is the “meat” of the release for hardcore fans. It features the real-life singing voices behind the group HUNTR/X—EJAE (Rumi), Audrey Nuna (Mira), and REI AMI (Zoey). The trio shares candid, heartwarming, and often hilarious reactions to fearless fan performances and viral TikTok takes. 4. Cosplay Mode Activated (2m 1s) The character designs in KPop: Demon Hunters were a visual feast, and this clip showcases the high-effort creativity of the cosplay community, featuring some truly stunning transformations into the demon-slaying pop stars. While the first film was a massive success, rumors from Sony Animation suggest that the sequel may not be ready until 2029 at the earliest (if not even later, based on the studio bosses’ remarks) due to the intensive animation style and the studio’s packed slate.  Whether you’re there for the music of EJAE and Audrey Nuna or you just want to see some incredible cosplay, the KPop: Demon Hunters Bonus Content is a short but sweet reminder of why this movie became a cultural phenomenon. The title is still in the top 10s as of this week for its 37th week in a row. Thus far, it’s pulled in 957.6 million viewing hours, equivalent to 574.3 million completed views. This is the latest companion title for the movie, which now includes the full sing-along version, lyric videos, and the fireplace, which was added over Christmas.  Will you be watching the new bonus clips?
