These roles are spread across multiple grades (Consultant I, Consultant II and Senior Consultant III) depending on experience and expertise

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for these consultant roles, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.

• Educational Qualifications: Graduate, Postgraduate, or Professional degree from UGC/AICTE/AIU recognised institutions. Relevant fields include Finance, Management, Engineering, Law, Planning, Economics, Architecture and related disciplines.

• Experience & Age Limit:

  • Consultant (Grade I): 3–8 years of relevant experience (Max age: 45).

  • Consultant (Grade II): 8–15 years of relevant experience (Max age: 50).

  • Senior Consultant (Grade III): 15+ years of relevant experience (Max age: 62).
    (All age limits are as on 31.12.2025.)

Salary & Benefits

IPL offers attractive monthly remuneration based on grade and experience:

Final pay will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
Travel allowances (TA/DA) and hotel accommodation for official duties will be paid/reimbursed as per company policy
